What we look for?
The 4 selected graduates will be those who best exude our company values:
1. Curiosity – We want people who have a thirst to know more; who are not content to get by with what they are told; who find out things for themselves, and delight in applying them; who are able to turn knowledge into better insight.
2. Agility – We want people who are nimble in the way they behave who are not content to follow their normal instincts as to what’s good or bad; who have infectious enthusiasm, and the ability to stimulate others with it.
3. Bravery – We want people who act quickly and decisively; who are prepared to take risks now and then; who know when to make a stand when it’s needed; and who can help others carry the day.
4. Accountability – We want people who keep their promises; who see things through to the end; who know where the buck stops; who don’t hide from the consequence of what they are doing; and who take a pride in achieving goals
5. Common sense – We want people who display a sound judgement; who are pragmatists; who can think for themselves and find elegant and simple solutions that don’t come from text books; who keep their feet on the ground even whilst they reach for the stars.
